1. How long does shipping take?

Our current shipping time is 2-4 working days . However, there may occasionally be delays with shipping service providers that we cannot influence.

2. How are the products shipped?

3. Are there graduated prices for larger quantities? What about your own design?

If you would like to purchase a larger number (from 20 pieces) or have your own logo/design , it is best to contact our sales department . Here you will receive individual advice and a suitable offer.

4. Can emojis and special characters be printed?

Unfortunately, emojis cannot be printed. Basically: What you see is what you get.

5. Can I exchange goods?

We offer a 7-day return policy on items.

6. Can I have the goods delivered to a packing station?

Yes this is not a problem

7. My goods could not be delivered, what should I do?

Please always check your address details. If goods cannot be delivered, they will be returned to us by the shipping company.
